Citizens’ Voices Mankato Steering Committee Minutes

Swade is joining us from the Initiative Fund. Theo & Tony had worked up a list of all the foundations in Mankato. We need to also get a list of corporate  or individual supporters. Swade & Tony will work on that.

Action - Essential that we get the funding in place for Susanne Morse's day in Mankato. Swade is working on that with Tony.

Swade is also working on the "indicators" with Bill B.

This is the start of a list of groups or individuals to contact who have influence or relationships such that they could interest people to participate in ACT 20/20.

Need to compose a script for presentations so that we all say roughly the same things.

Use the visual that Tony explained but we need more detail.

Need a flyer to give to groups to arouse interest in meetings.

Put signs on busses.

Anne will send a paragraph to me to distribute to mailing list of CV.

Kathy will send me the names of the two Islamic Groups.

Bill G.will look up any useful information from the Pomeroy campaign.

We need dates lined up for after Susanne's visit on October 19th.

Anne will develo a budget.
