Present: Tony, tom, John, Ardie, Jeanne, Malda

John began the topic of "civility training".

The theme would be " leadership by serving".

Arrogance has no place in leadership.

The thought is to develop a series of discussions on skills development for leading people. That is not the same as developing skills to get people to agree.

John & Tony will search to see if there already is a curriculum in place that we could use. If not, we may have to create our own.

We expect to involve many of the regional communities in this effort, not just the Mankato & North Mankato

Tony is meeting with the Chair of the Initiative Fund to explore funding for our projects.

Besides civility training, we also need funds to continue the Regional Forum, the Community Stories and the Greenhouse project.
