Citizens’ Voices Steering Committee Minutes

Present: Tony, Dianne, Malda, Bill, Mahyanti, Namibia, Cecil

Greg Mickelson had called & will be joining us in the future.

We reported on the businesses & organizations that we had already contacted & were assigned specific places to deliver the posters & handouts.

Since the meeting Tony has sent out by e-mail new, revised versions of the material. A correction has also been made on the phone number to call for RSVP. It is 345-4519.

Each of us took a sheet of names to call. These are people on our mailing list. If the person is no longer in the "neighborhood", please let Tony know so that he can edit the mailing list.

These organizations were assigned to each of us:

• Malda - Fillin Station, Perkins, Wagon Wheel, Truman Woods' two newsletters, Blue Earth Co. Library
• Bill - Coffee Hag, The Hub, Panera, Caribou Coffee, Barnes & Noble, Cub's
• Shelly - Dunn Brothers, School Distric mailboxes, major employers lunchrooms, Youth in Govt.
• Diane - Cafe Ambrosia, Ray's Market, Junkers, Big Dog, Minnesterial Assoc., Parish Nurses,

                NM Library

• Cecil - Nile Cafe, TJ Finnegan's, CAR
• Mahyanti - Embers, Hy Vee, MSU Library
• Namibia – Wallmart
• Tony - Dave Engen's list

We still need contacts for:

• Coffee Houses - Coffee Klatsch
• Restaurants - Mazatlan, Bonita Guadalajara, Halal Markets at S. Front St, Victory Dr
• Bars - Blue Bricks, Pub 500, Midtown Tavern, Wine Cafe, Circle Inn
